MADAMA BUTTERFLY is one Puccini’s masterpiece, a beautiful love story between a Japanese Geisha and an American lieutenant.
The Opera will be performed by the Choir of Opera Cyprus, the Symphonic Orchestra of the Municipality of Limassol, and 9 soloists, conducted by Maestro Piergiorgio Del Nunzio, directed by Paolo Baiocco. In the protagonist role sings the Cypriot soprano Maria Papaioannou.
