The Italian Embassy in Nicosia, in collaboration with IMAGO Film, presents the third edition of an Italian Film Festival in Cyprus. The screenings will take place in:

Limassol from 19 to 22ย  K CINEPLEX LIMASSOL

inย Nicosia from 23 to 24 September. K CINEPLEX NICOSIA PRIME (STROVOLOS).

All screenings will be at 19.30 and free entry! Each film will be subtitled in English.

La Festa della Repubblica 2022

After two years, the residence of the Embassy of Italy in Nicosia was once again able to host the celebratory event of the National Day on 2 June this year. The Minister of Culture, Education and Sport Prodomos Prodromou in his greeting celebrated the cultural relations between the two countries.

The Ambassador of Italy to Cyprus Federica Ferrari Bravo, in welcoming Minister Prodromou and the numerous guests present, underlined that Italy is a strong supporter of multilateral cooperation.

European film festival in Nicosia

Tomorrow, 7th of June, starts the European Film Festival, which will last until the 1st of July in Eleftheria Square, in Nicosia.

The Festival is organised within the framework of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2022 (PFUE) and of the EUNIC network.

The screening of the Italian movie โ€œThe Startupโ€ (2017, by Alessandro D’Alatri), will take place on the 16th of June at 9 pm.

Free Entrance.
