Una rassegna online del cinema italiano contemporaneo che propone otto film di recente produzione, disponibili gratuitamente a partire dal 4 novembre 2022 e fino all’8 gennaio 2023 collegandosi a questa piattaforma. Il ciclo è composto da otto film con sottotitoli in greco, selezionati tra le più recenti ed interessanti produzioni cinematografiche italiane, che saranno proiettati settimanalmente.

Dopo essersi registrati gratuitamente per tutti gli otto film sulla piattaforma online, gli utenti riceveranno un’e-mail settimanale con cui verranno informati del film in programma per la settimana in corso.

ItalianCyprus was participating at the opening ceremony of Italian Film Days 2022 in Limassol!

The Italian Embassy in Nicosia, in collaboration with IMAGO Film, presents the third edition of an Italian Film Festival in Cyprus. The screenings will take place in:

Limassol from 19 to 22  K CINEPLEX LIMASSOL

in Nicosia from 23 to 24 September. K CINEPLEX NICOSIA PRIME (STROVOLOS).

All screenings will be at 19.30 and free entry! Each film will be subtitled in English.

The Tempest, largely considered Shakespeare’s most magical work, will be presented at Curium, as a part of well known annual production of Shakespeare at Kourion theatre.

After two years, the residence of the Embassy of Italy in Nicosia was once again able to host the celebratory event of the National Day on 2 June this year. The Minister of Culture, Education and Sport Prodomos Prodromou in his greeting celebrated the cultural relations between the two countries.

The Ambassador of Italy to Cyprus Federica Ferrari Bravo, in welcoming Minister Prodromou and the numerous guests present, underlined that Italy is a strong supporter of multilateral cooperation.

Tomorrow, 7th of June, starts the European Film Festival, which will last until the 1st of July in Eleftheria Square, in Nicosia.

The Festival is organised within the framework of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2022 (PFUE) and of the EUNIC network.

The screening of the Italian movie “The Startup” (2017, by Alessandro D’Alatri), will take place on the 16th of June at 9 pm.
